Reservations can be made for the run from Hakata to Goto one month before the date of arrival at Goto, and those for the run from Goto to Hakata one month before the date of embarkation, both starting at 9:00 a.m.

Booking for groups
Reservations for groups of 15 passengers or more are accepted one year in advance.
- *Reservations cannot be made over the Internet.
How to make a reservation
- Booking by telephone
- Please tell the operator the date, section and number of passengers.
If you need to transport a car, motorcycle or bicycle, inform the operator accordingly.
- Booking at the window
- Please make a reservation at the terminal window.

Cancellation fees after ticketing
- Cancelled by 7 days prior to departure
- 200 yen per service
- Cancelled by 2 days prior to departure
- 10% of the price on the ticket (minimum 200 yen)
- Cancelled by departure
- 30% of the price on the ticket (minimum 200 yen)
- Cancelled ferry run
- Full refund (no cancellation fee charged)
- Cancelled after purchasing tickets on the day of departure
- 200 yen per service
- Change to tickets
- A one-time change can be made to the tickets free of charge.
- *Afterword, any change to the tickets will be considered cancellation and incur cancellation fees.
